Focusing on the healing and therapeutic of nature, these groups seek to encourage people of color to connect to the outdoors and open themselves to experiences of healing and transformation. Community Nature Exchanges promotes the healing and educational experience of Eco-Wellness and Ecotherapy for melanated people. I partner with outdoor groups, organizations, and platforms to facilitate therapeutic experiences in nature. Activities range from group sessions to experiential therapy, journaling, and various arts and healing arts activations in nature.
